PERSEUS at ICRS 2025 – International Conference on the Chemistry of the Solid State

PERSEUS researchers from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology presented their latest advances at the ICRS 2025 Conference in Jerusalem, showcasing the project’s cutting-edge approach to nanotechnology-enabled cancer therapy.

Our poster, titled “Multifunctional 2D Nanomaterials for Precision Cancer Therapy Triggered by Low-Energy X-rays,” highlights how PERSEUS is developing smart nanomaterials designed to deliver targeted, energy-efficient cancer treatment.

Presented by Orly Shayderman, Yasmin Habib, and Jeny Shklover, the work attracted strong interest from the scientific community, reinforcing the potential of the PERSEUS platform for next-generation, minimally invasive cancer therapies.
